Simply Kawakawa is made with love by Kath and Jody, a Wellington couple who discovered the healing power of kawakawa balm when they made a small batch for their grandson’s irritated skin. When it worked for him, they offered it to the wider community. The healing properties of Kawakawa is excellent for dry irritated skin, sore lips, as a body moisturiser, and all over general healing balm.
A modern twist on a classic remedy for irritated skin, our healing balm works because of its simplicity, no harsh chemicals, and is made with natural ingredients.
Our Kawakawa is sourced on our property, with a little karakia (prayer) to Papatuanuku (mother earth) to thank her. Small batches are handmade lovingly in our home, for you to enjoy.
Our products are free of anything synthetic or anything artificial.
